Trump and The Divine Agenda

The notion that Trump is a reincarnation of a righeous Isaac who will aid is brother Jacob (Israel) at the end of days comes from the teachings of Rabbi Mendel Kessin. Is Trump really fulfilling the prophecy that the older will serve the younger in regards to the twin brothers Jacob and Isaac - when previously in the Bible there had been so much anamosity between them.
